We collect only the necessary personal data needed to provide our 3D scanning and printing services, including:

• Names, contact details (such as email address, phone number)
   
• 3D scan data (e.g., scan files, STL files)
   
• Photographs or measurements (if provided voluntarily)
   

We use your information exclusively for:

• Creating your 3D printed sculptures or digital files.
   
• Communicating with you about your order, appointments, or delivery.
   
• Providing digital STL files via secure, direct email or private link.
   

We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt-in.

• All 3D scan files and client information are stored securely on offline, encrypted hard drives.
   
• We do not upload, store, or back up your scan data or personal information to any cloud service.
   
• Digital STL files are shared with you only through:
   
  • Direct email attachment, or
     
  • A private, time-limited link to an STL viewer, if requested.
     

• Scan data is kept for a maximum of 3 months after your final product is delivered, in case you request additional prints or corrections.
   
• After this period, all scan files and associated data are permanently deleted from our systems.
   
• You may also request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us directly.
   

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
   
• Request corrections to your information.
   
• Request deletion of your scan files and personal information at any time.
